We had a great time staying in a well-organized room with beautiful baroque furniture and loved the location which was in a Turkish palace.

This hotel is superbly located just a few meters from the main street, yet it's on a quiet street which is perfect for a peaceful stay. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, and the basic amenities in the clean and well-equipped rooms are exactly what you need. , the breakfast served here is delicious and offers a great start to the day.

This place is brand new - astonishingly beautiful, and of the highest standards. The rooms are awesome and the staff is super mega helpful. It has a luxury feel - like a Turkish palace - with no cheap material or drapes. The location is great - right in the center, and they even offer free wifi and parking.

Plus, the flat-screen TV with satellite channels kept me entertained whenever I needed some downtime. the room was cozy, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a perfect stay.

stayed in Shumen before, but this time Otantik really impressed me. The staff was super helpful and the room had a great view of the square outside. Everything was so clean and the location couldn't have been better. Wish I could have stayed longer!
